Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or personal details — constitute a violation of these Terms. j1188 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including bonus funds.
It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. j1188 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
j1188 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, together with proof of residential address. Additional documentation may be requested at the operator's discretion to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
j1188 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or any activity that may damage the integrity of the Platform.
All deposit transactions on the j1188 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in the live cashier. The availability of any payment method is subject to change and is determined by the operator at any given time.

The Platform operates primarily in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits (such as BTC or USDT) are accepted, conversion rates applied are those at the time of the transaction. j1188 is not liable for currency conversion fluctuations.
Fees: j1188 does not typically charge transaction fees on deposits, however your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. These are outside j1188's control. Check with your payment provider before depositing.
j1188 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and time period for each offer are stated within the relevant Bonus Terms.
A welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per payment method. j1188 reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus if the eligibility conditions are not met or if abuse is detected.
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns or collusion with other Players — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and any resulting winnings.
If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, the bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. The remaining real-money balance may be eligible for withdrawal subject to normal conditions.
Withdrawals may only be made from your real-money Account balance. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First withdrawals always require completed identity verification. j1188 may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.
The name registered on your j1188 Account must exactly match the name on the payment method used for withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Mismatches will result in the withdrawal being declined pending correction.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and the operator's internal review queue. j1188 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes. Players are advised to allow reasonable time and to contact support at [email protected] if a withdrawal remains pending beyond a reasonable period.

A Wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued. j1188 reserves the right to reject or void any Wager where a technical error, manifestly incorrect odds or system failure is identified.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to data feed error, market suspension, or force majeure events. Void bets return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
In-play odds are subject to continuous change. Wagers submitted during a live event are processed at the odds available at the time the bet is received and confirmed by the system, which may differ from the odds displayed at the moment of submission.
Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per Player may apply. These limits are published in the sport-specific rules and are subject to revision at the operator's discretion.

In no event shall j1188's total aggregate liability to any individual Player exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
